Okay all you roan lovers here she is 15.1 hands stout as a brick house sweet as a lump of sugar and a very pleasant ride Rosie is an 11 year old foundation bred red roan mare. She goes back to Poco Bueno 3X and King 2X in her first five generations as well as Three BarsTB Doc Bar Hard Twist and Rey Jay. Everyone who shows up at the farm immediately says what horse is THAT? when they see her--she is absolutely a looker She has a great handle on her neck reins and can really move if you ask her to or she will jog and lope easy as well. She is a fantastic trail horse--goes out alone or with others and is dependable and solid. She has perfect ground manners and bathes clips and trailers like a lady. Her owner has had her since she was a baby and she has lived a very good life and been well taken care of. Unfortunately his aches and pains are making it very difficult for him to ride and he has reluctantly decided to sell his baby rather than see her go to waste in the pasture. If you want to enjoy your trail rides and look darn nice while doing it this is your girl. Or if you want to put some training into her you could point her in any direction--she is quick and catty on her feet and could be put on barrels or in the team penning arena or??? She is up to date on shots shoes coggins etc. Vet checks welcome at buyers expense.
