 Gypsy Cob Horses
Gypsy Cob Horses are also known as the Gypsy Vanner Horse. While there is not an exact history of this horse, it is believed that they are descendants of Shire, Clydesdale, Friesian, and Dales Pony combinations. It is known that they originated in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Possessing many draft horse traits, Gypsy Cobs are most commonly found in the two variations of pinto coloring, piebald and skewbald. They stand between 14 and 17 hands high on average.
